Thoughtful Nutrition and Wellness Support for Individuals and Families

When you are trying to make sense of your health, it can be difficult to know which information to trust or where to begin. The Wellness House offers individualized nutrition and wellness support for women, men, and children. Whether you are seeking guidance for yourself or a member of your household, we will take time to consider the whole picture and make practical next steps together.

I believe the body has been made by God with order and purpose. It is not a collection of disconnected parts, and neither should it be treated that way. Food, lifestyle, daily habits, sleep, stress, and, when helpful, functional testing can all be part of the larger picture.

My work is to help clients consider how these patterns may be connected to the concerns they are facing. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all plan, I look carefully at each person’s history, present needs, and season of life in order to provide thoughtful support that is realistic for you and your family.

A Careful, Root-Cause-Informed Approach

Health concerns can be complicated, and the answer is rarely found in one isolated symptom, one lab value, or one quick change. I take time to understand your health history, current concerns, goals, food and lifestyle patterns, and any recent lab work. From there, we can consider what may be contributing to the bigger picture.

When appropriate, functional lab testing can give us additional information. Testing is not recommended simply for the sake of testing, and no single result tells the entire story. We use the information carefully, alongside your history and daily life, to make a plan that is both thoughtful and practical.

My role is to provide education and individualized support in the areas of food, lifestyle, and supplements. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and I encourage appropriate partnership with a licensed medical provider whenever medical evaluation or care is needed.

1. Begin with Your Story

When new client availability opens, most new clients begin with a New Client Initial Appointment. This extended appointment gives us time to discuss your history, current concerns, household needs, and goals. Together, we identify the areas where you most need clarity and determine a reasonable place to begin.

2. Gather Helpful Information

Your plan may include practical changes to food and lifestyle, supportive supplements, a review of recent lab work, or specialized testing when it will help answer an important question. I will help you understand the information in front of you so that the next steps are clear rather than overwhelming.

3. Make Steady, Practical Changes

Through follow-up support, we review what is working, make adjustments when needed, and build habits that are realistic for you and your household. The goal is not a dramatic quick fix, but steady care that respects the season of life you are in.

Your First Step

As a solo practitioner, I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at one time so that each person receives the thoughtful, individualized support and attention they deserve. At this time, I am not accepting new clients. If you would like to work together in the future, I invite you to join the waitlist. As availability opens, I will contact you with information about next steps.

Questions About Working Together

After walking through difficult pregnancies and a personal health crisis, I came to see how often individuals and families are left trying to sort through a great deal of information without meaningful guidance. By God’s grace, I found a different way to think about food, lifestyle, and the body as a whole.

Today, I am passionate about helping individuals and families bridge the gap between food, lifestyle, and health so that they can thrive as God designed them to. I want clients to feel heard, understand the information in front of them, and have practical support as they care for themselves and their households.
