SERVICES
The Wellness House offers individualized nutrition and wellness support for women, men, children, and families. Each service is designed to meet you where you are, considering your history, current concerns, goals, and the needs of your household.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
If you are new to The Wellness House, most clients begin with a New Client Initial Appointment. This extended appointment gives us time to review your health history, discuss your concerns and goals, and determine whether additional support or functional testing may be helpful.
Already an established client, or not sure which option is right for you? Explore the services below.
How I Approach My Work
I believe the body has been made by God with order and purpose. When one area is under strain, other areas can be affected as well. My work is educational and individualized. I consider each client’s history, concerns, goals, and daily patterns to provide support in the areas of food, lifestyle, and supplements.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and I will encourage appropriate medical care when needed. The goal is to help you understand the patterns in front of you and make reasonable next steps for caring for yourself and your household.
New Clients
-
In this initial two-hour appointment, we will review your health history, clarify your long-term goals, and create a personalized plan for moving forward. Depending on your needs, that plan may include dietary and lifestyle changes, a thoughtful supplement plan, review of recent lab work, or recommendations for functional testing.
I approach concerns with a root-cause-informed perspective. While immediate relief may be important, I also want to consider the patterns and possible contributors that may be affecting how you feel. This appointment is designed to give us the time and context needed to make practical next steps.
Information shared during this appointment and future communications is educational in nature. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
-
This is the recommended starting point for most new clients, including adults and children. It is a good fit when you would like support for more than one concern, want a fuller review of your history, or need help deciding whether functional testing may be useful.

Lab Review
Functional Lab Testing
Sometimes your history, symptoms, and standard lab work do not give a full picture of what may be contributing to the way you feel. Functional lab testing can provide additional information about patterns in areas such as hormones, digestion, nutrient status, food-related inflammation, metabolic function, and environmental exposures.
I believe the body has been made with order and purpose. When something feels off, the answer is not always found in a single test or a single number. After reviewing your history, concerns, and goals, I can help determine whether specialized testing would be useful and which option best fits the question at hand.
I do not recommend testing simply for the sake of testing. The goal is to gather meaningful information, understand the patterns in context, and make wise, practical next steps for caring for the body God has made. Your results are reviewed alongside your health history, current habits, symptoms, and goals. From there, I provide individualized education and support in the areas of food, lifestyle, and supplements when appropriate.
Functional lab testing is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and I will encourage you to work with your licensed medical provider when medical evaluation or care is needed.
Testing options may include

BioMetric+ is my custom, comprehensive bloodwork panel. I created it to provide a broad, practical view of several foundational health patterns in one carefully selected panel. Rather than looking at a few isolated numbers, we use this information to consider how key areas of the body may be working together, including blood sugar regulation, thyroid function, cardiovascular and metabolic health, inflammation, liver and kidney function, iron status, nutrient needs, and more.
This is a fixed core panel that I use to establish a dependable foundation for review. Your results are considered alongside your health history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals. From there, I provide individualized education and support in the areas of food, lifestyle, and supplements when appropriate. If you request it, or if your history, concerns, or initial results suggest that further information would be helpful, additional testing may be added.
BioMetric+ Includes
Blood, Iron, and Nutrient Status

BioMetric+ can be a helpful place to begin when you want a fuller picture of your current health patterns or when standard testing has not answered all of your questions. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease, and it is not a substitute for medical care. I will encourage appropriate follow-up with your licensed medical provider whenever medical evaluation or care is needed.

The DUTCH Test is a comprehensive at-home dried urine test that looks at sex and adrenal hormones, along with important hormone metabolites and cortisol patterns. It may be helpful when we are looking more closely at concerns related to cycles, perimenopause, sleep, energy, mood, stress response, or other hormone-related patterns.
-
The GI-MAP is a comprehensive stool test that provides a closer look at digestive function, the microbiome, potential pathogens, and key immune and inflammatory markers. I include Zonulin with each GI-MAP to provide an additional marker for considering intestinal barrier health. This testing can be especially useful when digestive concerns, recurrent gut symptoms, or broader health patterns suggest that the gut may be part of the picture.
-
Tiny Health offers advanced microbiome testing for babies and children, with reports designed to give families a clearer view of the gut microbiome during the early years. This may be a useful option for parents who want thoughtful, age-appropriate insight into their child’s digestive and microbiome health. Results are considered carefully within the child’s overall history and with appropriate medical care when needed.
-
SpectraCell Micronutrient Testing goes beyond a standard serum nutrient test by assessing functional nutrient status within white blood cells. This helps us look at how the body has been absorbing, metabolizing, and using important vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, and antioxidants over time, not simply what is circulating in the bloodstream on the day of the blood draw.
The results can help guide a more specific food-first plan and targeted supplementation when appropriate. We review them alongside the client’s health history, current concerns, food intake, and existing supplements.
-
The SpectraCell MTHFR test looks for common MTHFR genetic variants that may affect folate processing. Genetic information is never treated as a diagnosis or a reason for fear. Instead, it can be one useful piece of information as we consider nutrition, lifestyle, and appropriate questions to discuss with a licensed medical provider.
-
MRT Food Sensitivity Testing evaluates inflammatory mediator release in response to specific foods and food chemicals. It can provide a structured starting point for a temporary, individualized food plan when food-related inflammation is a concern. MRT is not the same as testing for an immediate food allergy, and it does not replace evaluation by an allergist when an IgE-mediated allergy is suspected.
-
The Mosaic Organic Acids Test is a urine test that looks at metabolic byproducts related to areas such as energy production, nutrient needs, gut-related markers, oxidative stress, and detoxification pathways. It can be helpful when we need a wider view of metabolic patterns and want to identify areas that may deserve closer attention.
-
The Mosaic Toxic Load Assessment can be used when environmental exposures may be an important part of the larger health picture. It offers information that may help guide a careful conversation about exposure reduction and practical support for the body’s normal detoxification processes. Results are interpreted conservatively and in context, not as a stand-alone diagnosis.

Questions about testing or pricing?
Because functional testing is individualized, costs vary depending on the test selected, laboratory fees, and whether a review appointment is included. If you would like to know which testing option may be appropriate for you or have questions about pricing, contact me using the form below.
